Golden Gathering Oct. 11 at Nashville City Park
The 19th Annual Golden Gathering will be at the Nashville City Park on Thursday, Oct. 11.
The festival is for people 55 and older, and features music, food and recreation. Vendors will be on hand to hand out information about their services. Lunch will be served during a musical performance by the “Hartley Family.”
Other actvities include a fishing derby, bingo, Baggo, health screenings and door prizes. There will be some booths with ‘Golden Tickets‘ with a chance to be one of five winners of $100 cash in a drawing.
Participants may register at each booth to be eligible.

7:30 — Fishing Derby registrationat the pond
9:00 — Gates open for Golden Gathering
9:20 — Welcome by Mayor Billy Ray Jones
9:30 — Bingo & Baggo games
11:25 — Blessing of the food, Dr. David Blase
11:30 — Lunch is Served!
Noon — Cash drawings.
