He was born Dec. 14, 1963 in De Queen, Ark.

Survivors include: his parents, Charles and Ruth Terry White of Dierks; two brothers, Danny and Bette White of Dierks and Phillip and Maria White of Bentonville.

Graveside funeral services under direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in Dierks were at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 25, 2012 in the Dierks Cemetery with Kenny Fant officiating.

The family received friends from 6-8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012 at the funeral home in Dierks.
