Sarah (Sadie) Bell Cox Darby, 78, of Murfreesboro died Nov. 23, 2012 in Murfreesboro

She was born Dec. 15, 1933 in Pike County, the daughter of the late Leonard and Edna Womack Cox.

She was preceded in death by four husbands, Clarence Bostic, J.M. Garner, Jimmy Winston Cox, and Jesse Darby; a brother, Glen Cox, and a sister Willia Dane Tackett.

Survivors include: her children, Darlene Cummings and husband, Larry, Denise Godwin and husband, Dennis, Debra Davis and husband, Kenny, Donita Moncus and husband, Dennis, Dana Goodson, Richard Collins, all of Murfreesboro, Rhonda Echols of Quinlan, Texas; a brother, Wendell Cox of Huntington, Ind.; also grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Services were Sunday, Nov. 25, 2012 at the Latimer Funeral Home Chapel in Murfreesboro with Tommy Mounts officiating. Burial followed in Pleasant Home Cemetery,.
