Obituary: Coy Freeda Bell
Coy Freeda Bell, 90, of Delight, died Monday, Nov. 26, 2012 in Murfreesboro.
She was born Jan. 17, 1922 in Hopper, Ark., the daughter of the late Carl and Lydia Coffman Kersey.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Delight for 53 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Spurgeon Bell; a sister, Monravia Henson; three brothers, Carl Kersey, Jr., M.C. Kersey, and Curtis Kersey.
Survivors include: a daughter, Willa Dean Miller and husband, Larry, of Delight; a sister, Quilla White of Big Sandy, Texas; five brothers, J.D. Kersey , Kirby Kersey, Harold Kersey, and Billy Kersey, all of Kirby, and Boyd Kersey of Glenwood; also, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Services were Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012 at the First Baptist Church in Delight with Bro. Larry Miller and Bro.Verlon Wood officiating. Burial, under direction of Latimer Funeral Home, followed in Delight Cemetery.
Visitation was at the funeral home, Wednesday, from 7-9 p.m.
